Sybabee provides repair and maintenance services for commercial and residential properties throughout Canada. These services include but are not limited to commercial repairs, residential repairs, emergency repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance as described on our Website.
Service availability may vary by location. All services are subject to availability and Sybabee reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
For certain services, Sybabee may provide quotes or estimates prior to beginning work. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on information provided by the client and visual inspections where applicable. Additional charges may apply if:

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, e-transfers, and checks. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of $75 may apply.
For project cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including labor, materials, and restocking fees.

For repair services, Sybabee's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Sybabee is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from our services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sybabee, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
